When founder, Frank Villani, started the company, his vision was to not only create beautiful properties for his clients, but to provide exceptional customer service in the process. As a full service construction company, Villani Construction Inc. performs everything from whole house renovations, room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels to complete custom homes. Villani Construction has been great to work with. We used them for our guest bath and our kitchen renovation. Not only can they basically meet any custom request but they help provide suggestions on design to help maximize functionality and space. For our kitchen remodel, they used upper cabinets for a custom credenza and suggested to move our fridge to the space the pantry used to occupy to gain more counter space (we have a small kitchen so this really helped us with more prep space). They are honest, extremely competitive price, stick to the quoted cost, fight for lower prices if unforseen circumstances arise, and always show up to finish the job as fast as possible.
